total 13.45 hrs,  191k
2 * turbos, but the duvet won at the weekend 😦
Commutes – 6 (28k each)
turbos – 2
Long Ride  –  err did not happen – oh well.


2 * easy 30 min runs – felt really good
4 strength / mobility sessions

solid weeks training monday to thursday.   Lovely weekend weather, and I stayed under the duvet
