Long Ride – easy ride 3 hr ride on saturday with the missus
long 7.5 hr ride on Sunday – 190k. nice weather so made the most of it. I feel slow but its winter so not pushing it
Training peaks tss graph – blue line is the important one – its an estimate of fitness. Nice build over the last 10 weeks since the start of November. Poor weekend rides last weekend, and 3 missed days this week = the blue line stalling a bit.
Aim at the moment is just 1 zero day a week – they will go later in the year

Highlight of the week was getting my bike back on the road – rear gear shift had been sticky / appalling. I only fitted them 8 weeks ago and they already were screwed. I also had to fight to get the shimano cables into the SRAM shifters – so this time I bought some SRAM slick shift gear cables.
coated, the right size, they went straight in :-). replaced the outers and now they feel lovely 🙂 – super slick gear shifts today
