No Zero Days November

So, the mojo is back, and the plan for November is just to get going again – so no zero days.

wtf does that mean?

Well, my exercise data goes into training peaks, and each activity generates a TSS score, (Training Stress Score), with 100 being a max effort for 1 hour.

When these are graphed, the then days on which you do nothing are very obvious – so the plan is to do something every day – hence no zero days.  The aim is to get some consistency back – just getting out every day and doing something – a 5k run or a yoga class counts :-).  Oh and my bike commute does not count

2 days in, and its still going well
1st – 60k bike
2nd – commute, 5k run 🙂
