Friday – Day 0 To the Start!
Thursday – Day minus 1 – London -> Dover
Day minus 2 – Pre Registration
0 km ridden
Left work a bit early and got the train / tube / train to London Fields to go to the race pre registration. After a couple of beers, I finally registered, picked up my hat, t-shirt, and musette feed bag. I also watched ‘Inspired to Ride’ – a film about the Trans Am bike race which the TCR’s organiser, Mike Hall won.
Did the film help me…. Not really, but I found the story they told was amusing, inspiring and sad at the same time. Well worth a watch
I don’t think the casquette suits me!
